just finished coop and NOW i'm concerned it's too small!!

am i panicking for no reason??? we are still cleaning up the area but its a 4x4 coop with 4x8 run for 3 BO pullets. We can only have a max of 4 chickens where i live.

Looks very comfortable for 3-4 chickens to me. A really generous estimate for coop and run total square footage for birds who will never be let out of the cage is 10 square feet per chicken. I calculated out 48 square feet based on your measurements, which would technically be just enough for 5 birds. Good job!
