Just getting started, any help appreciated

I just bought these chickens last week, ( July 7 2015), one is laying, and the rest are not. Noticed some birds are molting, and not sure of the age of any of them. Was told they were all "young layers", just thought i would post on here and see if anyone could offer ANY help/advice, thanks.

All appear to be mature hens rather than young pullets. When birds are moved to a new environment they generally stop laying for a bit and may even go through a molt. They appear to be in good physical condition and will resume laying eventually. Enjoy your flock.

Thanks, actually some of them are molting, so I guess I'm just being a little impatient, thanks again.
