So my wife and I made the decision to get some hens, I placed my order yesterday with Cackle Hatchery yesterday, and our first 4 chicks should arrive the first week of May.
we didn't have the space before but know several families who have chickens.
the Black Australorps will be our only birds to start with, and we are excited to have fresh eggs and the benefits for our garden.
