Just how high is a chicken's back?

My girls are 7 weeks old and finally out in their coop. We want to get the waterer installed (using the old one till I get it figured out) nice and high to keep the water clean and I needed to know how high their backs will be when they are all grown up. I have RIRs, Wyandottes, Buff Orps and Austrolorps.

RIRs Orps and Lorps are about 300. (Australorps = Australian Orpingtons - originated from Black Orpingtons) .
Wyandottes maybe 200.

200 or 300 inches. We breed things big in Queensland.

, actually it's mms.

At 25mm to 1" that would be 12" (1 Australian Foot) and 8" for the smaller ones.
