- Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? Yes, well sort of…I didn’t really get into until April 2024. We’ve had the first 4 like 1-2yrs now.
- How many chickens do you have right now? As of now we have about 21. Wells our first 4 set are older, our new set of 17 chicks that are about 2.5months old…these I have pretty much raised myself. With the help of wifey, since I took over
- What breeds do you have? Our adults are 3 hens we have 2 Silkie hens, 1 Sepright hen, 1 Rosecomb Roo. Now our latest set of 17 consist of a variety of breeds…we have Orpingtons, White Leghorns, Rhode Island Reds, Plymouth Rock, Ayam Cemani/Silkie…out of these we have 1 White Leghorn Roo & 1 Plymouth Rock Roo
- What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? It’s quite interesting/fun watching them grow. Also provides food.
- What are some of your other hobbies? I really don’t have any atm, but we just got 2 baby goats. I guess farming is gonna be my hobby
- Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. Im married to my beautiful wife for 3yrs now, we don’t have any children…our pets are our kids
. As of today we have Chickens, 1 Dog, and 2 baby goats. Im a warehouse lead for a company that does foodservice 
. New to this country try life style, originally from a city…so Im obviously new to the farming world. - Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? Well I found BYC through google search, I was looking for cross breeding chickens and how came across this website. Been in the search for days, until I finally decided to join!
