We just processed 3 roosters this Saturday. We are totally new at it...have never seen it done in person, just on you tube. I thought it went very well. My husband and I set it up in our back yard. On the first bird, we had to go back and forth between the you tube video and the bird because we couldn't remember the exact place to cut, etc. We finished all three birds and ended up with 2 - 5lb birds and 1 - 4.5 lb bird! We felt very accomplished! Now my hens can relax a little
