Just some random questions

I have some questions. And they may be hard to understand so sorry.

1.) How long after I collect a fertile egg can it still be incubated? Could I keep an egg for about 3 days (non refridgerated) and then put it in the incubator and it still grow into a chick?

2.) After I put a fertile egg in the fridge, is it instantly "killed"?

3.) My hen was in the breeding pen 4 days ago. How long will her eggs be fertile?

I can answer number 1 with... You can hold the eggs non refrigerated for up to 10 days (they say 14 but I wouldn't take my chances)

Also, I'm planning on turning the eggs at 8 AM, 4 PM, and 12 AM. Do I turn them clockwise, or alternating each time, or does it not matter?

I does not matter which direction you turn them but I would recommend turning them 5 times a day if that's possible. The more the better. Also try to make sure that if one side is facing up one night that the other aide
Is facing up the next night.
