I have partridge rocks, and it sure looks like a hen to me! How old is this bird?

Yep, a hen. My PR rooster that is the same age has mostly black/green feathers all over with very little red right now. Thanks, I kinda thought is she were a he, he would be coloring up differently. PRs were not a breed I had really wanted, but I am so happy I have them. She is the sweetest little bird.
