My husband and I live in rural Oklahoma. We are slowly but surely talking small steps toward self-sufficiency. We have been beekeeping for about a year and a half. I have been trying my hand at gardening. Someday we hope to fix the fence and have goats.
Today is a happy day because we got our first chicks to put in our new coop and run. We have 8 little fluffballs. We are brooding them in the coop section and they look happy and healthy. I have been reading and learning on the backyard chickens site. I have learned a lot. I hope to keep learning from all you kind folks.
