Just want to share my coop reno!

My coop and run are probably about 20 years old. We’ve been using it for the last 7 years and I felt my girls needed a refresh, so here it is! Before and after! Hubby is designing an oilcloth poop catcher to go under the roosts. Took me 2 days to power wash, Sevin spray and paint. New 2x4 roost system.

Thanks, it sure makes things easier. In our case, the electric powers not only the lights but an auto for to the run and a 10k volt electric fence we had to put up because of grizzly bears

What are you using to hold the 2x4 roost boards?

I need to add some more roost room to my coop, also thinking of changing out the 2x1 roosts it came with.

Very nice new coop for girls. Looks very adequate. Enjoy it while it's still clean! Lol
