I'm not sure, but lots of people in my neighborhood own chickens and roos, the post office told me that you can only keep them if you are not going to eat them. So I guess its okay. I spent almost 3 hours looking up laws against keeping chickens, and could only find 1 about it being illegal to own noisy chickens, and chickens being eaten.​
