Just watched Beowulf & Grendel on Neflix.. loved the Icelandic Ponies!

It wasn't the one with Angelina, it's an older version, but I had to post it because I loved the Icelandic Ponies in it! They just glide when they move. They were hard on their mouths in a shot or two, but mostly pretty good to them.

I've never seen a movie version, but had to read the book back in 6th grade (Maaaaaany years ago!) . I named my boy Tervuren Beowulf.

He's the one on in the scarf. He's 10 now,but even more handsome

Also watch "Viking Saga" cast of "Conan" without Arnold, lots of tolting Icelandics and an awesome female lead (bashes the bad guy's head in with an axe while naked in a hot springs, loads unconscious boyfriend onto Icelandic horse unassisted and takes him to a healer)

I haven't seen Beowulf, but best Icelandic movie I know is "The 13th Warrior" with Antonio Banderas. Loads of them! Also features Antonio's little white arab in a rather heroic role. "Your dog can jump!" LOL!

You got to see a good one, don't waste your time looking for the "I'm Angelina look at me" version, it's ruined because the focus is on the stars not the story.
