just watched my hen poop, and look what I saw

She came up on the porch to visit me, and left me a gift on the porch. I started to wash it off and stopped so I could post a picture of these:




Now these look like Maggots, and this poop was only 30 seconds old. Is it likely that these passed through her completely undigested, or are these another type of parasite?

It looks like there is a small roundworm or two in there as well.

She also poops OFTEN, 10x more frequently than the other hens, she drops one every few minutes.

I found her in a dog's mouth, and could never find the owner. I don't know if she has ever been dewormed, but I'm guessing it's time?
