it is about 8-9 weeks old, and i know it is a cross but im not sure what with. (fertilised eggs given to us)

With mixes, it's so hard to tell. What color are his legs? Are they feathered?

they are creamy pinkish, it is smaller than the rhode island red (pure) and has thinner legs than the sussex/rhodey cross

Is it Bantam size or Full Size?

Do you know what breeds they have that she could be crossed with?

it is not a bantam, however it would be like the size of a warren compared to a rhodey. it does have hardish feathers that follow close to the body.
the chickens he had were (roughly):
*40 rhode island reds (including about 8 cockrels)
*20 warrens (no cockrels)
*3 polish (1 cockrel)
*4 sussex cockrels ( look at picture below, the middle one is what they look like)
