Kahki Campbell facial issue

I have a 9/10 yr old male Kahki Campbell he has developed white spots on his face and opens his mouth but no quack comes out.
Anyone have any advice?

Do you have any photos of the spots? I imagine age can influence the quack, but how long has this been going on?

Are the spots white feathers or growths/skin spots? Does he make absolutely no noise anymore or he still does the raspy chatter and at times has his mouth open? Is he still otherwise acting normal? Pooping, eating and drinking okay?
