I have been raising a wide assortment of backyard poultry for many years, here on the east coast of Canada. Our climate is relatively temperate, given that we are surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf Stream keeps the temperature up for us. I work very hard in tending my flock and the results have been outstanding. I have learned a lot from both "trial and error" and from sources like Backyardchickens.com. I am always impressed by the knowledge and advice offered by so many of you. Keep up the good work because although we may not always say it, we appreciate your efforts.
