Keeping chicks with their bio parents?

Hello, we have 1 rooster, 7 hens, and 16 pullets. One of our hens became broody for the first time and hatched 7 chicks about 2 weeks ago. We started talking about what to do with the chicks and if we would be willing to keep any that ended up being roosters but this brought up concerns about keeping any of them. so basically should we be concerned about chicken incest if we do keep them? should we split the flock or will they be okay? I would love to hear about what others have done when hatching chicks that are the product of chickens they have in their coop. Thanks!

Unless your birds are from an inbred family, 'chicken incest' is generally not a problem. Too many cockerels/roosters is something to be considered. Have a 'Plan B' in mind for the cockerels.
