KEEPING COOP COOL????

It gets really hot and humid where I live so would it be best if I install a ventilation fan in my coop so it will stay dry and kinda cool? I plan on getting some Buff Orpingtons...

Wouldn't hurt to, I have 2 in mine, one at each end of the building. My chicken barn is about 30'X10' so with around 100 chickens in there they need the extra circulation. Good luck with the buff orps.

I'm on the Texas Gulf Coast so hot and humid is the norm here.

We have four 3' x 4' windows in our coop covered with hardware cloth for cross ventilation and we also use a fan.
