Hi all! Not sure exactly where this thread belongs, but figured "management" was a start :D

I am planning to start selling eggs roadside, and I'm looking for suggestions on how others keep their eggs cool while doing so? My state requires that eggs for sale be kept below 45 degrees. Our house is set back a bit so it's not feasible to have anything requiring electricity - thinking good old fashioned ice packs with a shade cover over a cooler but I'm not sure how successful that would be towards the end of the day...:hmm

Thanks in advance for any help!!!

I am available to check ice blocks and cooler temps during the day, actually, and absolutely cannot believe I didn't think of that myself

I guess it really is a marathon and not a sprint hahahaha

Thank you!

Good luck with it. We're hoping to do something of the sort with it ourselves.
