Keeping Goats in the City

Does anyone keep backyard goats in Royal Oak MI? From what I understand, the MI right to farm act states that if your land was ever used for farming no matter how long ago, then you can keep farm animals that are reasonable for your size lot?? So I'm wondering if anyone keeps goats. I already keep chickens and dogs but want a milk goat.
