I have a keet, hatched a week ago and he constantly runs in clockwise circles. He seems fine for a few minutes then he runs in circles again. Is this something he will grow out of, or should I cull?

Sounds like a brain issue to me. If he's otherwise doing all right, I'd keep him and just let him do his thing, but if he's not eating/drinking/behaving normally he may require some supportive care and then culling if he doesn't improve. I'd at least try giving him a few weeks to see if he gets better with time before culling. I can't speak for poultry, but when I deal with wild birds with head trauma, it's about 50/50 as to whether they improve or not, and if they do improve it generally takes a couple of weeks. It's possible it was just born with faulty wiring, and if that's the case and it doesn't improve with time, it's up to you whether you want to cull or not.

Good luck.

There was a vid of a chick doing something similar except it ran both directions. It stopped a day or so later and they decided it was a growing feather bothering it.
