I think it's a good idea there above to work on locally making them known.

Also, there aren't many of the rose comb speck photos on the Yahoo site, mind putting up a few there?

I put all my specks pics up on the group the album is simply titled Kentucky specks

There is one breeder in Conn. that lists them on p. 48 in the 2012 ABA Yearbook. Name is John Mead in New Milford. Geographically, he's pretty nearby. Shady Lane Poultry also sells them.

Let me know if you have access to the ABA yearbook. If not, I will send you his phone number listed in the yearbook by a private message.

I will be selling eggs on eBay when my hens get back to laying in a few weeks.

Great. Thanks. I don't have access to that publication but I ran a search and found his name and number. CT is very close to me so I will be checking to see if he has any. I lived in KY up until last year so I am very interested in having some of these birds and maybe working with the breed.
If I don't get any from him, I will be checking in with you for some eggs.
