Khaki campbell ducks

At what age can you process this breed of ducks? Imma be setting eggs and wondering how old they have to be to be processed

Ducks grow really fast! They can be ready to butcher in as little as 8 weeks. I usually wait till they get their adult plumage, its hard to butcher a peeping duckling
