Khaki Campbell Hen is molting flight feathers

My female duck is molting her flight feathers and is generally really messy looking. Her egg production had slowed and is nonexistent now that she is molting. I’m concerned that she would be molting in November when it is in the low 30s overnight. Our ducks and 2 Rhode Island Reds coexist and free range together but I know the hen and drake don’t care for the chickens. I’ve increased feed and oyster shell and feed them fresh veg daily. It was suggested to add some niacin to her diet and so I’ve added some nutritional yeast to the food mix. Any ideas on what I should do to help improve her general health?
