hi all!

In my second run of purchasing khaki campbells, they look very different from what I am used to! Can anyone confirm that these are in fact khakis or maybe a mix? This is making it hard to sex as well. Both quack, loud, but one is starting to have a green bill and I think even there is a start to a curled tail! The coloring of the body is all the same with the exception of the yellowish belly (this is the part that makes me think they are a mix).

Thanks!

Yes they do! I just looked them up. My two are very dark brown. Does a chocolate Swedish duck exist?

Thank you for that!
That's Black....As they mature the Black comes out more...Will get more vibrant as they go through juvenile molt and other moults ....

I definitely agree that they look like black runners. I have a blue runner from tractor supply that was said to be a khaki. And one actual male khaki. They make beautiful babies and yours definitely look like there babies. So possibly a cross breed?
