Any input is appreciated.
We all Must have our project birds.
I really am teetering on:
Samurai & Kimono Cochin ChinaDolls.
What do you think?
Just as colorful as a Calico Cochin Bantam But much Smaller.
Instead of the wearing English/American word Calico they will wear the many beautiful colors of the oriental Kimono and Kimona.
Their great grandmothers down to mommies are Chinese Cochin Bantams bred down to size and colors.
Their great Grandfathers down to daddies are Japanese Ohiki true dwarf and bred down to size and colors.
They are a work in progress.
What are your Cochin Bantam projects. O have sold off and given away so very many Cochin Bantams, and BabyDolls the past 6 -8 months I am bleeding. Not goingbto be selling any China dolls just giving them away for quite a while. That culling part, I would separate them from the flock by giving away these Cochin Bantams of all sizes and colors. I would not kill any of these sweeties. These are just sugar babies and do not have anykind of atitude at all other than wanting to be held.
Something for everyone remember when uou buy a hen, hold back every egg for up to 3 weeks for hatching wee chicks. An added benefit of buying a laying hen.
