Kind of embarrasing... HELP My Call Ducks "weener" is ?prolapsed?

I have no idea what to do for this.. I went out a few minutes ago and found my male Call duck running around with his weener sticking out... I picked him up and looked, it is stuck... I don't know how else to put it... He can't get it to go back in his body. I have him in my tub with warm water right now but I have no idea what else to do... Please does anyone else know how to "fix" this problem?

I've heard this is somewhat common. You might actually have to take him to a vet, and he may not be able to reproduce in the future...

Thanks, yes I have heard that. I have him totally isolated in one of my cat carriers right now. No bedding for fear of bacteria and germs giving him an infection on top of his problem. I totally 100% cleaned and scrubbed the carrier out and will do so for as many days as necessary. I want to give him the best possible chance of a full recovery. If any one else knows of anything else I should do please let me know. Oh, I also am putting neosporine (no painkiller) on his penis to help ward off infection.
