I bought a mini advance brinsea to hatch eggs in my son's classroom. We had 7 but 3 were duds. Today is hatching day! The teacher said one hatched over night and one is pipping thru the egg. I'm going to check it on lunch and see if the hatched one is fluffy or not yet. If it is fluffy, should I take it out or leave it be while the other 3 continue to hatch? This is our first time officially hatching (my brinsea power cord was bad and killed off the others we had on day 18).
The big concern for me is the time frame I have to pick these guys up. I can only go on lunch (11am-2pm - 1 hr in between there) or after school around 5pm before it closes for the day. So if I don't get it by 5pm, it's stuck in there until tomorrow afternoon or evening. I know they can survive 24-48 hours but it worries me it hatched way before the others and should be taken out tonight. Someone help me out here! I would really hate for the hatched one to pass in the bator in front of the kids!!!
