I’m not sure of the sex of some of my quails there tuxedos and whites so I can’t tell by colour which is how I usually tell

Can you post pictures? How old are they? You might have to vent sex them or wait until you know for sure with behavioural traits.

Some tuxedos can be feather sexed, but not all. As @Quaicken108 said, you may have to vent sex them or wait for behavioural signs.

He's a boy. You can tell because of the bib and the blue and red feathers.

That one, harder to tell. Could you get a picture of the front/face? I'm leaning towards female, but I'm not sure yet.

I'm trying to figure out the type of tux. I can see some silver, but I also see something that looks like red breasted female patterns.

How old are they now?
