I feed KTA GAME BIRD BREEDER for the adults and KTA QUAIL STARTER for the chicks. More power to you that feed purina but I like to spend my money on better things than a fancy bag.

never heard of it.... I suppose if we all look hard enough many will find local feed mills or smaller local companies. I have 1 nearby that uses the same formula as purina.... but i have buy 1000lbs at a time and its a logistical nightmare that I am unable to tackle at this time...

Nothing wrong with that, but not everyone can't drive to TN., and buy a ton of game bird feed for their 50 birds just to save a buck on feed and stick it to Purina mills for their fancy bags or what ever they have against them. I buy what I can get locally in the quantity that is right for me.
