Kitty likes the new chickies

It stays really warm and there are no drafts in there. There is a thermometer at both ends of the cage, one end is holding about 88, the other at 93. The 2 chickies were actually acting like they were to warm earlier so we took the cover off the end without the lamp.

Maybe Kitty needs a heat lamp of her own! LOL
I keep finding my husskey beside the brooder.....I think its cause she thinks Im raising treats or her, LOL

our other two cats think treats! one of our dogs would be to rough, the other is so worried about them, one makes noise and snickers comes running, whining, and if the chick doesn't shut up she comes running to me all worried. We take them out and she sniffs them all over and lays her head on our hand next to the chick.
