Hello! I’ve recently gotten into knitting, and really enjoy it. Ive made a 2 scarfs, a few headbands, and a small blanket (messed up big time on this one!
).I’ve also just learned how to loom knit hats, and have made a few, getting ready to go buy more materials for some new articles!
But what I was thinking about doing was making a sweater for my chickens! I saw somewhere “Knits for Nature” that makes sweaters for penguins, and would love to make some of those but for my chickens, as I’m not going to be using heat lamps this year, and my little moderns are such wimps when it comes to cold weather.
Has anyone ever made a sweater for a chicken/other animals? If you have, any suggestions/patterns? I’ve seen a few on Pinterest, but they’re kinda confusing on how to make the wing holes, and for modern with long legs, how to get underneath their chest/belly without breaking tails?
