Koop Clean with sweet pdz question

I just bought a bag of Koop Clean which is hay/straw with pdz in it. Should I just use this in the coop?? Or can use on top of sand in run as well?? For coop should I use alone? Or with shavings too??

Well, what did you have in mind when you bought it? You COULD use it anywhere you want really. It isn't cheap so I'd probably use it only in my nest boxes. I've read posts of people using it on the floor of the coop. I suppose if you've got a small coop that would be financially feasible. It seems a waste to me to use a brand new bag of it in the run. I use leaves, dried grass, chopped straw, and used shavings in the run. I'd use it in the coop first, then when it was soiled I'd toss it in the run.
