L.A. Year Old Welsummer (?) Rooster needs new home

Hi, we live in the foothills of LA County, CA and are looking to place our year old rooster in a new home.
We found him at a few weeks old. He looks like a Welsummer.

I think he looks more like an Old English something to me. Welsummers have slightly different colors and his legs are rather pale.
