LA 200 dose on Turkey Hen

My Tom turkey made 2 wounds under hens wings. Not surface wounds. I’m topically caring for them but was wondering if I need to give intramuscular antibiotic. I have on hand LA200 and Tylan 50. Which would be better and what dose is recommended
