Lab-Line 150 incubator, need advise on hatching eggs and this incubator

I have a Barnstead Lab-Line 150 Incubator without instructions. I am trying to hatch the fertile eggs from my plymouth rock and bantam speckled sussex. I have never done this and would love some advise from how to collect and handle the eggs to using the incubator properly.

I am looking at purchasing this brand did it work for you?
