labored breathing, stopped laying

My Khaki Campbell stopped laying a week ago, she has been more lethargic, and now I notice as she sits around she has labored breathing. Her tail goes up and down with every breath, you can see her breast moving quite a bit with every breath, and when I pick her up her breath sounds like little sighs. Poops are normal. I'm very worried for her, something is wrong. The day she stopped laying the other two hens had coincidentally stopped laying too, after laying an egg every day for many weeks. I wonder if they all had some kind of bug and the others threw it off but she can't. Any advice would be appreciated.

Good news, lots of her little feathers in the yard, and she laid an egg! Would molting cause that kind of heavy breathing?

she might have just been to warm. oh and dont worry if her wings feel hot or her neck where she is molting. the skin gets irritated and suprisingly hot

Thanks, you know it was really hot here yesterday, I don't know why I didn't think of that! She just has so much less vitality than the other ducks, maybe because she's chubby, or because she's molting. Maybe I worry too much.
