Ladder roost

You could use the wood from the existing ladders and rebuild it to something your birds would me more comfortable on. Just a thought!

I like going to our local Restore or thrift stores and try to find unique items for my chickens to roost on....Good luck!

What would you suggest for that side? They keep wanting to get on that side but to narrow of a space

I would disassemble that and use the wood ...long pieces could be good for roosts.
Depends on how handy you are with tools.
