Nice pictures ! Cute little hen ! The only blue Chickens I have ever had were Blue Andalusion . I raised them for rooster hackles to tie fishing fly's . At that time a cape, as it was called was $75.00. Yours is blue laced red Wyandotte . Nice !

My husband picked the breed, I picked the color. I had done my research on the Wyandotte’s well ahead of time and as the gal that we got them from was going through all of the colors they had, the moment she said “blue laced red” I knew my favorite was in there! She is such a little princess too! While all the rest of our coop keeps on pecking at each other, she never picks a fight and is so proper about it too when others try to pick a fight with her, like “you’re not worth my time, so please stop.”
