Lamb Castration

Today I got a bottle lamb and it's a ram so I'm wanting to get him castrated so I can keep him more as just a pet than a breeding ram. He is currently 2 weeks old so when should I get this done?

Now. The earlier the better. Within the first week is best. I've never done it to a lamb, but I've castrated hundreds of piglets and some calves. I believe that 7 days is optimal for all farm mammals.
