Lame chicken

Hi everyone! I have a chicken that is sick. I think she may be egg bound. I have her separated, soaked in warm bath, and gave her dissolved tums in water. I can’t feel any bound egg. She has not lost any color yet and still looks healthy. I am wondering if I am missing something or that it could be something entirely else.

If you can’t feel the egg I might would research other illnesses.Is she an older bird?
