"Land Of The Lost" Marathon today :D

Oh, man, I am SOOOOOOOO dating myself with this one, but me & my 2 sisters used to wait ALL WEEK for Saturday morning to roll around with the newest episode of "Land of the Lost"... Not to mention I had a RAGING crush on "Will".

There is a "Land of the Lost" marathon all day/night today on Sci-Fi channel... It's HILARIOUS... my DH almost died laughing at the "T-Rex" that I was TERRIFIED of as a child... Holy "claymation"!!!

Gotta admit I am still having tons of nostalgic fun watching it... And my 4 year old DD thinks T-Rex is scary, too

!! (Altho my 7 yr old DD is siding with DH & giggles at some of the "special effects"

).

Anyway, just thought I'd share... don't know if there's many Land of the Lost fans out there... this thread may die a REALLY QUICK death

!!

Oh, the "Land of the Lost" remake movie is coming out soon, which is probably why the marathon is happening... & yes, I am DYING to see that, too!!

Oh my .. I loved Land of the Lost!! Thanks for letting me know! My friend had copied all the episodes on dvd for me and I was so excited but the discs wouldnt play

Haha I used to love Land of the Lost, I saw it advertised on the SciFi channel Thursday I think, anyway, I am DVR'ing (recording) every episode. DH doesn't know it yet,

Then again he's not old enough to know what it is so I will probably watching it by myself while he's at work!! Glad to see others who loved the show!

Ok I am on my third episode or maybe second , anyways I can not bealve how horribly cheezy the specail effects are , I mean I knew they would be bad cause the show is like soooo old but man it must has to have had a teeny tiny budget as well.
Its still a hoot though my son is trying to figure it out
