Large area of skin missing

i have two hens which I obtain from. Neighbor.
They have both developed some type of skin issue under their wings. Feathers are gone. Looks like they were “scalped” under the wing.
We are wondering what this could be. We are using blue kote on it for now...

Are there wounds or just missing feathers? Did the neighbor have a rooster? Agree that pictures would be helpful.
