Large fowl or Bantam Cochin?

Yeah, I'm talking about that giant black one! She hatched last in my batch of mille fleur Cochin eggs, but oh my goodness how she's grown! Slow getting in feathers, and GIANT feet! I could barely get the ABA band on at three weeks. It's upside down, so I have to redo it anyway, but should I bother putting it back on? It CAN'T be the only roo of the bunch because:
1. I'm not that lucky
2. Her comb is smaller than those of some littler birds

Do I have a ringer on my hands?

hmm, big feet... slow feather growth... that's some pretty good indicators for a roo.
