Large lump on chest

One of my chickens chest has enlarged to the size of 1/2 grapefruit.

Where on their chest? Their crop is located on the birds right side of their neck/upper breast and can get quite large after a day of foraging and eating. How long has it been enlarged? If it keeps getting bigger, or hasn't reduced (digested) by the morning time, it could be an impacted crop. Here's a picture of it's location.

Was the chest (crop?) enlarged this morning before she/he had anything to eat/drink (overnight)?

Where are you located in the world?

It is probably the crop. Sometimes my birds crops will look even larger than their breasts.
