Large Run Construction

We built a small run for my chickens early in the spring so I know the basics. Now we are about to build a large run for my mother and I'm looking for tricks to make the job go more smoothly. I've looked at all the coop pages, but most don't give info on how the runs were constructed. Could we get thread going with some ideas and pics? Ya'll come up with stuff I would never think of!

I suggest hoop construction. Simpler to construct than framing types. Think greenhouse and you get the idea.

This is going to be on a slope. Will that matter?

thats easy you put in your corners 1st.then put your line post 6ft a part.i use 6ft to 7ft steel T post for line posts.

I'm in the process of building a large run as well. All in all it will be roughly 75' X 50'. What I'm going to do is space 8' 4X4 posts about 8' apart and then staple the fencing to them. Over the top of the fencing will be 2X4's running at 3 levels, bottom, middle, top. It's not going to be covered as this really complicates things with a large run.
