Hello! I live in Northern MN and looking to possibly build a tractor large enough to double as a winter run. I understand tractors are best if built small and light for easy moving, but do you think it's possible to built around a 10x20 enclosed run and move it with a utv? I'm hoping that's large enough for 12 hens for the winter in a stationary location and then use it more like a tractor during summer months to live every few days through our field. Seems that that size is at least above the "minimum recommendations," but my goal is a high quality life for these birds so the more space the better.

I'm also planning to build a mobile coop on top of an old trailer so I can roll that up next to the tractor/run and also love it around and put it in the pole barn during those nasty -30 below winter nights for extra protection.

Any suggestions welcome. Thanks so much!

Problem would be making it light enough to move easily in summer,
but strong enough to hold up to winter snow load.
