I have a frizzle that has lost all the feather material on it's right wing, the quills are still there but no feather "meat", now I call it skeletor because it looks like the bones of the feathers are all that's left. What could be causing this?

Nice to meet you Lance. Is your frizzle molting? Have you checked her for mites/lice? You may want to check out the Learning center, it is a great source of poultry information.

I welcome to BYC. I can't help with the wing as I'm an amateur myself. But 23

in an urban area! I hope you really like eggs. LOL

I really like teaching our species that before the agricultural revolution some 10,000 years ago, food was FREE!! Now it's just a side affect of one of my expensive hobbies. Don't really like or hate eggs, but I do have neighbors that I'm trying to create a community with.
