My 3 year old golden comet hen has laid a lash egg before but I gave her baytril 0.25 ml twice a day and she started laying again normally

But last week it happened again. She laid a lash, then laid a shellless egg with infection on it, then laid an egg that broke but I’m not sure inside of her, then she ate it to make it worse. All I found was white egg on her butt and no leftover shell so I assume it was also shellless

This morning her crop was full and she was kind of lethargic. She was also panting and it’s only 79 outside. I noticed her droppings were watery and very green and sometimes her feces would contain lash. And her crop not emptying the night before has me worried it’s really bad. She still wants to eat and drink but I took her inside to quarantine to see if her crop will empty and it has slightly but not a lot. What do I do now?? I have her laying infront of a fan and she stopped panting. I had already use baytril for 4 days last week and I know using too much baytril can mess with their crop bacteria. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, I really want to help my baby

You can do. 5 day treatment of Baytril. Was her crop full and firm or squishy this morning. You can treat her for a crop disorder. Chilled coconut oil cut into small pieces offer to her, about 1-2 tsp per day. Massage her crop if it is firm, several times a day. If her crop is squishy and full in the mornings, Monistat or miconazole cream or part of a suppository can be given orally twice daily to treat fungal crop infections. Acidified copper sulfate 1/4 tsp per gallon in the water is another treatment for sour crop. Here is a good article to read:

Her crop was just squishy with some leftover feed inside. It had emptied today but she didn’t really want to eat anything but treats which from my experience is never a good sign if they aren’t eating their regular feed… she’s in baytril again and I gave my flock some probiotic water

She hasn’t laid or pooped anymore lash but honestly she barely pooped today at all probably from lack of eating. But nothing was stuck to her butt. I don’t think she has sour crop or impacted crop, I think she’s just sick which I know can cause slow crop. I’m just very worried me and her are very close. Is there anything else I can do for her to help her? Is it time to see a vet?

I got a picture of her droppings. Any ideas?

Looks like white urates with some bike and mushy yellow green stool. I can’t see any lash material. Since she has been on antibiotics (Baytril,) probiotics would be good to use. Is there any enlargement of the lower belly below her vent?

My opinion is lash/infection. Do you have amoxicillin? I would do amoxicillin with a pre and probiotic, especially a probiotic with lactobacillus.

If she is in this state she really needs penicillin, oxytetracycline or amoxicillin fast because she may have a streptococcus infection. You can get tests, but the risk of an acute septicemia is high and death can occur within 24-hours. I am not trying to scare you, but I just lost one with these symptoms. Lab results came in an hour after her death.
