Lash Egg

So here's Einstein's story. On the 14th of this month she laid an egg that was her biggest at 4.3 Oz. Then on the 16th, b4 I left for work I checked on her (she's currently a house chicken) and it looked like she laid in egg yolk, it was all under her belly and crop area, so she got a bath. Then today I noticed the lash egg. Going to vet this afternoon. She has not laid an egg since the 14th. She is 4 yrs old and is not displaying any other symptoms. Any thoughts?

Update on Einstein's vet visit.
So our vet thinks Einstein will be able to pull through this episode. Upon examination, Einstein passed with flying colors. Started her on 2 weeks antibiotics and we will go from there.
